Our café has been satisfying diners since its opening on July 4, 2018, with a range of fresh food including St. Louis ribs, hamburgers, paninis, and St. Louis’s special toasted ravioli with a healthy dose of vegetarian and gluten-free options, all made from organic produce sourced from local growers. A coffee bar, vending machines, and box lunches for groups are also available.
Our parent company, Evelyn Hill Inc., also enhances the visitor experience at the Gateway Arch and operates the concessions at the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island in New York as well as Fort McHenry National Monument in Baltimore.
